The Challenge
Pernod Ricard’s leadership team faced the challenge of navigating complex organizational changes while maintaining performance and fostering a culture of innovation. With over 25 senior leaders from Southeast Asia participating in the seminar, the challenge was to equip these individuals with practical skills and frameworks to effectively manage change within their teams and across the organization. The objective was to create a unified understanding of change management principles and empower leaders to drive successful transformations in a dynamic business environment.
